Return Request Timeline:
Customers must report any issue within 48 hours of receiving the order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Items:
Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Refund Process:
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, refunds will be processed accordingly. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
